Cartethyia is a Wuthering Waves–themed RPG Discord bot that provides entertainment features including character progression, combat, echo and weapon management, social interactions, daily rewards, and leaderboards. The Bot is provided for entertainment purposes only and has no affiliation with Kuro Games or the Wuthering Waves intellectual property.
You agree not to:
All in-game currencies (Credits, Lunakite, Tuning Modules, Sealing Tubes, Forging Ores, Paradox Cores, Stasis Locks, Resonance Records), items (echoes, weapons), and progression (levels, world levels) exist solely within the Bot and have no real-world monetary value. We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or remove any virtual items at any time without notice or compensation.
Your game data is associated with your Discord User ID. You may request a full account reset at any time using the /reset command (when available) or by contacting us at lokeshwara.rao2972005@gmail.com. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data we store.
The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot at any time. We are not liable for any loss of game data or progress resulting from downtime, maintenance, or discontinuation.
The Bot is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use of the Bot is entirely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bot, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of progress, or any harm resulting from service interruptions.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
